The Cincinnati AFL-CIO Labor Council serves workers and labor organizations in the Southwest Ohio communities. While the Council serves primarily as a communication and action network for affiliated AFL-CIO unions, its goal is to assist, promote, or act on behalf of any worker or group of workers in Southwest Ohio whose needs fall within the scope of Council activities.

The Cincinnati AFL-CIO Labor Council represents over 100,000 members of 128 local unions throughout Southwest Ohio. The mission of the Cincinnati AFL-CIO Labor Council is to improve the lives of working families—to bring economic justice to the workplace and social justice to our state and the nation.
